We operate a 3 shift pattern for maintenance, production, stores and quality control colleagues. Dayshift is 7.00am to 3.05pm, Backshift is 3.00pm to 11.05pm and Nightshift is 11.00pm to 7.05am. Shift allowance is payable at +20% for backshift and +33.3% for nightshift. Overtime is payable at time and a third weekdays, time and a half on Saturday and double time on Sunday. Our office and engineering colleagues work Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 12.00pm.
