Coffee & Conversation with our directors

Our Directors welcomed 7 of our colleagues this afternoon to a ‘Coffee & Conversation’ event. Our Chairman (pictured far right) spoke to us about his 38 years experience within Faltec Group, then he and our Managing Director (pictured second left) met each colleague individually to thank them for their personal contribution to our company.
Employee engagement is an important part of our employment proposition, as is working to the standards set by our core values.
