It is part of our commitment to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all our colleagues.
It also helps protect colleagues from the dangers of drug and alcohol misuse, and encourages those with a problem to seek help, plus ensures that any colleagues’ use of either drugs or alcohol does not impair the safe and efficient running of our business.
No-one is exempt from random testing, and ALL colleagues, including Managers and Directors, are included.
Drug and Alcohol testing is also used at pre-employment stage, with EVERY new colleague going through this process as part of onboarding.
