Mental Health awareness Week is a opportunity to raise awareness about mental health and the importance of taking care of our mental wellbeing.

This year’s theme, “Nature,” reminds us of the benefits of spending time in nature, for our mental health. This could be a walk in the park, hiking in the mountains, or simply sitting outside in the garden. Connecting with nature can help us feel more grounded, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve our overall sense of wellbeing.
