It is important that our executive members and senior leadership team members are seen and accessible to all colleagues. We do not just operate an open door policy at Faltec Europe Ltd, but we take this a step further during these tours around the site.
ENGAGEMENT is an important part of how we communicate, encourage and support all colleagues, and this, together with other activities, keeps us moving forward.
